For Professionals
- NOC from employer (if mainland) or free zone authority (if free zone). Include shareholder certificate if applying as a shareholder.
- Attested bachelor’s degree (plus equivalency certificate)
- Salary certificate (AED 30,000/month minimum)
- Labor contract reflecting the same details
- Bank statements for the past 6 months
- Copy of passport, UAE visa, and Emirates ID
- Professional studio photograph
For Real Estate Investors
- Title deed for property worth AED 2 million or more. Both completed and certain off-plan properties are eligible, provided off-plan units are at least 50% completed and 50% paid for, according to 2025 government guidelines.
- Health insurance (local and international accepted)
- Passport, visa copy, and Emirates ID
- Applicant must be inside the UAE at the time of application
