Dr. Al Ansari is a UK qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years of senior corporate, operational, private equity investing, board and strategic advisory experience. Dr. Al Ansari sits on a number of boards including RAK ICC, TVM Healthcare Partners, Al Ramz Capital and Eureeca Capital. He has served on numerous regional and international boards such as the DIFC from 2004-2016, Hawkamah, The Industrial Group KSA, Dubai Holding, DIC etc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of and the Institute’s advisory board for MENA.
Alan Bougourd

Alan has over 20 years’ experience in the Guernsey financial services industry, including as Country Manager of Barclays. A former Chair of the Association of Guernsey Banks, Deputy Chairman of the Guernsey International Business Association and Registrar of Companies in Guernsey, Alan achieved his Bournemouth University MSc in Corporate Governance through the GTA University Centre. As Registrar of RAK ICC since 2018, Alan acts as a key check and balance for the RAK ICC International business, ensuring rigid regulatory compliance & governance, in addition to maintaining and developing relationships with registered agents and promoting the jurisdiction.

Business Setup Manager

Alistair Paine has been a Business Set-Up Manager for 4 years with Creative Zone and has vast experience in company structuring, Free Zone and onshore UAE company formation, offshore SPV creation and providing risk mitigation solutions for entrepreneurs, SMEs and large corporations establishing or expanding their presence here in the UAE.

Prior to this Alistair has had experience in Corporate Services his whole professional life. Working closely with a premium capital raising outfit previously, Alistair has built up a strong network of lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, corporate finance houses, banking professionals and corporate service providers. Having lived in the UAE for an overall period of 22 years, Alistair has watched the country develop, grow and transform into the global powerhouse it is today and proudly calls the UAE his home.

He also started LEADERS Middle East Magazine in the UAE and formulated ‘Leaders without Borders’, an initiative that promotes young social entrepreneurs’ development. He is the author of “Recipes for a Better World” and an advisor to the James Michel Foundation.
