About Edward Matti, Managing Partner – CCM Consultancy
Edward is an experienced speaker with 25 years of experience in Culture Transformation and People Development, where he has proven his ability to manage, motivate and influence others through strong and effective communication skills, and a commitment to realizing individual and team success. Prior to moving to Dubai to set up CCM Consultancy, Edward lived in Toronto and was Regional Director for Canada’s largest financial planning firm. He spent 14 years working with his team of over 90 wealth managers, financial planners and support staff (having started off with 19 individuals). In 2010, Edward moved to Dubai to establish CCM Consultancy, which has since grown to a well-respected firm with a diverse and multi-cultural team of over 30 Consultants, Associates, Coordinators, Coaches and Specialists, and offices in Dubai, Montreal, Toronto and New York.
Edward is sought after for keynote speeches across the globe, for a variety of industries in healthcare, aviation, hospitality, manufacturing and financial services, to name a few. Over the years, he has delivered engaging solutions to hundreds of thousands of employees globally. An accomplished public speaker and TV commentator in Canada (for the national news station CP-24), Edward still meets with clients to consult on corporate culture, people and leadership development and sales enablement initiatives.
