In light of the continuing spread of COVID-19, Creative Zone have stepped up to take active measures to safeguard the well-being of its staff and clients. We will have our offices fully operational from Saturday to Thursday to ensure the delivery of key mandates and provide unimpeded customer service to clients.
STAFF SUPPORT
In line with the UAE Government’s announcements and the precautionary measures advised by the Ministry of Health, Creative Zone have taken active measures to ensure the well-being and safety of all our clients and employees.
We would like to offer our extensive assistance and guidance during this period to ensure a seamless process for any of the ongoing applications, queries and requests.
We have implemented a number of internal policies to this end, including mandating that many of our employees to work from home. This, however, hasn’t disrupted our operations as all departments continue to function normally and we continue to deliver all services to our clients as usual.
Please also note that all our employees are adhering to the highest level of hygiene and sanitation guidelines and furthermore all our offices and company vehicles have been professionally sanitised and disinfected in our order to minimise the risk for all our clients and employees.
OUR SERVICE TO CLIENTS:
Our offices will remain open from Saturday to Thursday during normal working hours. However, we encourage clients to limit their visits unless absolutely necessary.
Document Handling
- We will be offering all our clients free collection and delivery of their documents within Dubai, either through our drivers or via Aramex

You can simplify your payment process by using one of the below options
- Online transfer
- Payment gateway services
- Cash/Cheque deposit through ATM
- If availing the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) via your credit card, one of the Creative Zone team will come to your home with the card machine
